Here a few of my favorite bridal pictures. My mom and I made the veil I am wearing. The flowers were taken off my dress when I had it altered. The wedding went off without a hitch, except I was so nervous I barley made it down the isle!! But once I saw Taylor my nerves subsided and I was able to enjoy the rest of the wedding. Once I get the wedding pictures I will post them!!

New Beginnings

Taylor applied to graduate school to the University of New Mexico to work on a Ph.D in computer science and he was accepted into the program. He also applied to A&M and was accepted there as well. After a long thought process Taylor chose to attend UNM in Albuquerque because they offered him a teaching job and are paying for his tuition. We are both really excited to start our lives together in a new state. We are currently getting ready for graduation and the wedding that is 30 days away! I am also hunting for a place to live on craigs list! Does anyone know anyone who lives in Albuquerque and has suggestions of places to live? I thought I would include some pictures of where we will be spending the next 5 years of our life together.

OK it has been a long time since I have posted anything new on my blog. I still don't know how to make it cute like some other peoples, but I don't think anyone reads it anyway! Things are starting to go really fast in my life. The wedding is 3 months away and school is really annoying this semester because I have senioritis and can't stay focused! But I should have a lot of exciting stuff to include in my portfolio at the end of the semester. I have to write a lot of news stories and do a 5 minute documentary on someone interesting, and a 20 page magazine spread all by the end of the semester so I will be pretty busy. Taylor has started to ride a unicycle and may get onto a Unicycle football league. It's pretty amazing to watch..I will post pictures of his riding it soon. I am also going to try and find people to read my blog too.

Finals... and such.

Finals are almost over and the winter break is upon us! Taylor and I are going to be busy cake tasting and registering for the wedding over the break. I am still trying to figure out how to make my blog look cool like Jordan's, but I am having a hard time doing that! Taylor just recieved his class ring on Tuesday. There was a ring ceremony and he dipped his hand in the water from the San Marcos River, it was really nice. I guess they have the water from the river because we are the only school with a river running through it! Taylor swears there is a guy tubbing down the river carved on the side of his ring, but I don't see it. Good day to all!
